Below are standard rates for coaching sessions. A brief free introductory call is available if you’d like to speak first.

Individual Support

50-minute session – $200

Sliding scale available based on need

60-minute session – $250

Custom formats and multi-session options available on request

Payments are due prior to sessions and can be made via a range of payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square).

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged for the session.
